Fuji Xerox Australia Sponsorships

Hi again

I haven’t got a lot to write about this time…..I have been training sooooo hard. I have seven weeks to go until I leave to go overseas.

A couple of weeks ago, I had the best time with a few people from Fuji Xerox at the football…and the Broncos won – which was an added bonus!

Also, even though I didn’t get to go to the State of Origin – Queensland won – woohoo!!!!!!! AND the Australian Socceroos are looking good in the World Cup too – so the footy results are all doing great this month!!!

I went to the Quest Community Newspaper Gala Awards Dinner at the Greek Club at South Brisbane where I won the Quest Newspaper/McDonald’s Young Sports Star winner for 2005/2006.

I went to another school and did some medal presentations at their sports awards ceremony and I went to Wet'n’ Wild on the Gold Coast and was interviewed and will appear on another children’s television show to be aired soon.

I’ve been to Sydney to do a sponsorship commitment and next weekend I have been invited to attend the 2006 Winter Racing Carnival at Eagle Farm.

Next week I go away on an orientation camp before I have another swimming competition – the TELSTRA Grand Prix series 2 – the second in the series. It is the same as the one I swam at last month in Brisbane at Chandler. I’ll be swimming in the 50, 100 & 200 butterfly again as well as the 200m freestyle.

Hopefully I’ll be able to perform well at this meet because we are right in the middle of some pretty heavy training.

When I re–read all this…It sounds like I am pretty busy even though all I feel like I am doing is training, training, training!
